Senior Site Visit Manager

*Sr. Site Visit Manager*
The Sr. Site Visit Manager is responsible for planning, managing and facilitating the conduct of client visits to all sites within the US, and for supervising the Philippines Site Visit Specialist. Within the US, the Site Visit Manager works closely with Sales and Operations executives to ensure the success of client site visits, including elements such as agendas, logistics, creative materials, presentation materials and site preparation. This role has direct supervision over the Philippines Site Visit specialist and is expected to ensure success of visits in those sites as well.
The person in this role is also responsible for developing site visit best practices and guidelines, and for ensuring that those guidelines are followed both within the US and in the other countries where TTEC operates. When visits are needed for sites in other countries (e.g. Ireland, Bulgaria, India), the person in this role is responsible for facilitating the coordination between the Sales/Operations executive and the site lead in those locations. For multi-country visits by a single client, the person in this role will coordinate for consistency of messages and quality of the visit across all locations.
* Plan, schedule and manage site visits within the US. This includes:
o Working with the sales team to plan the key messages and competitive aspects that should drive the agenda.
o Working with the Site Lead to prepare the site for the visit and ensure branding materials are installed, and that the facility is prepared for presentations, demonstrations and logistics such as catering and client logistics
o Working with Creative Services to develop the presentation decks and branding materials
* Hire and supervise the Philippines Site Visit Specialist, who is responsible for the above tasks for all site visits that are conducted in the Philippines.
* Report all completed and upcoming site visits - across all geographies - to Sales leadership, raise issues as needed and make recommendations to improve the impact of site visits on sales
* Develop and maintain site visit guidelines and best practices. This includes a process and training document for Sales and Operations people who request site visits, steps for Site Leads and Creative Services as needed, and guidelines for developing presentation and branding materials.
* Coordinate cross-geography site visits when needed.
*Additional Responsibilities*
* The person in this role might be requested to help with Innovation Days, visits to the Innovation Lab and preparation for oral best practices sessions, on an as needed basis to help get through peak demand periods.
* The person in this role might also be requested to help with marketing event planning or to attend marketing events for the purpose of generating leads, again on an as needed bases to help get through peak demand periods.
* For 2018, the person in this role will also be responsible for managing the Sales training schedule, including In The Know calls, and planning and managing the conduct of other sales training courses as needed.
