**Description**
* Grow sales of Proficiency Testing standards and Certified Reference Materials to environmental testing laboratories by developing and cultivating strong customer relationships and demonstrating the value and benefits of Phenova products.
* Understand client needs, develop client confidence in the solutions we offer, provide sales quotations and win new customers based on product quality and service.
* Accomplish sales & profit objectives for assigned territory through daily phone calls and periodic visits to potential customers.
* Implement account action plans, review performance and continuously improve current account sales & support programs for your territory.
* Provide daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to your sales manager with regards to your current game plan.
* Achieve daily productivity goals and perform daily updating of the customer database for your assigned territory.
* Provide technical support related to our reference material products and proficiency testing programs to customers and potential clients.
* Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
* Performs other job-related duties as required


**Qualification**
* 3 Years of experience in drinking water, wastewater, and/or environmental monitoring fields
* College Degree (Required), background in Science preferred
* Sales experience or a strong desire and aptitude to excel in a commissioned sales position
* Understanding of laboratory analytical testing, inorganic, organic, or microbiological analysis
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
* Strong Interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
* Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
* Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette
* Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic.
